AI Translation for AV Production Companies
Bring an AI interpreting layer to every multilingual event you produce, delivered under your own brand and integrated into the AV setup you already run.
Streaming live audio for AV Production Companies...
Add multilingual access to what you already deliver
As an AV production company, you already own the room: the sound, the stage, the screens, the stream. What clients increasingly ask for is one more thing, that everyone in the audience can follow in their own language. LisanPro AI lets you add that multilingual layer without booths, without stacks of receivers, and without handing the job to a third-party platform. You take one clean audio feed from the setup you already control and turn it into live translated audio and captions.
Built for technicians, not for a browser tab
LisanPro AI is software that runs on a Mac at front of house, not a cloud tool you have no control over. It plugs into your existing sound system and routes translated audio and captions directly from the software: to infrared and RF receivers such as Bosch, Taiden and Televic, to attendees' smartphones via QR code, to projectors and screens for live captions, and to your online stream. One audio connection in, multiple language channels out.
Run multiple rooms and parallel sessions
Big productions are rarely a single room. LisanPro AI scales from hundreds to thousands of listeners and runs multiple rooms and parallel sessions at once, so a congress with breakout rooms or a multi-hall exhibition can all be covered from your control position. Adding a language, even at short notice, is a software change, not another booth and another set of receivers.
Deliver it as your own: white-label
LisanPro AI can run fully white-label. Replace the titles, the interface accent colours and the branding with your own, so the multilingual layer looks and feels like part of your service rather than a third-party add-on. Your client sees your brand, you manage the event end to end, and you keep the relationship.
Own it, don't rent it
Instead of renting multilingual capability from a third party every time, you build it into your own toolkit and reuse it across every event you produce. For companies that run multilingual events regularly, that means a new, repeatable revenue line and far less dependency on outside platforms.
From your first event to a repeatable service
Most AV companies start with a single event, a client who needs three or four languages and a tight budget. That first show is where LisanPro AI proves itself: it slots into the audio chain, the audience gets clean multilingual access, and the logistics are lighter than a booth build. From there it becomes a standard part of your kit.
One engine, every output
- Infrared and RF receivers. Controlled, confidential in-room listening through interpretation hardware, ideal for government and high-profile events where the audio should stay inside the room.
- Smartphones via QR. The audience listens and reads on their own devices, with no app to install and no receivers to distribute or collect.
- Projectors and screens. Live captions in the room, readable by everyone, including attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Online stream. Remote audiences on Zoom or Microsoft Teams get the same translated audio and captions as in the room.
What you need to get started
The technical footprint is deliberately small. You need a Mac running the LisanPro AI software at front of house, an audio feed from your mixer, console or conference system, and an internet connection. If the venue uses infrared or RF distribution, we route the translated audio into it; if not, the audience uses smartphones via QR.
The events you produce
Conferences and summits (including multi-hall congresses), government and institutional events, corporate town halls, product launches, exhibitions, and hybrid events on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Human and AI Languages Through One Bosch System for 1,500 Guests
A 1,500-guest event needed a mix that many setups struggle to deliver in a single room: Arabic and English handled by professional human interpreters, and French, Spanish and Russian delivered by AI. The client also wanted maximum flexibility for the audience, some on the venue's infrared receivers, some on their own smartphones, some reading along, and a remote audience online.
LisanPro AI was integrated directly with the venue's Bosch interpretation system. The interpreters' Arabic and English channels and the AI-generated French, Spanish and Russian channels were combined and routed through the same infrastructure.
Guests could listen on their Bosch infrared receivers exactly as they always had, or scan a QR code and listen on their own smartphones, where they could also read live captions of the translation. The same translated audio and captions were handed off to the streaming team and integrated into the online broadcast: the event ran on Zoom, and the AI translation was made available directly through Zoom's own interpretation feature.
Why AV production companies choose LisanPro AI
"I've run multilingual events for years and I've never seen a setup this flexible. Human interpreters for Arabic and English, AI for the rest, all through our Bosch system. It just worked."
— Head of Events, corporate summit"Setup was quick and the onsite support was excellent. Our audience needed no app and no hardware, they just listened and read on their phones."
— AV Manager, exhibitionLanguages
LisanPro AI supports more than 60 languages in both translated audio and captions, including Arabic and Gulf Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, and many more. You can run several languages at once, add a language on short notice, and cover rare or hard-to-source languages that would be difficult to staff with human interpreters, using AI as a standalone channel or as overflow alongside your interpreters.
Frequently asked questions
Does LisanPro AI work with our existing interpretation hardware?
Yes. It integrates with professional sound systems and infrared or RF receiver systems such as Bosch, Taiden and Televic, so you deliver AI translation through the equipment the venue already uses, with no rip-and-replace.
Can we run it under our own brand?
Yes. LisanPro AI supports full white-label deployment: your titles, your interface colours and your domain, so the multilingual layer looks like part of your own service.
Can it handle multiple rooms at the same event?
Yes. It scales to multiple rooms and parallel sessions, all managed from your control position.
Can we mix human interpreters and AI in the same room?
Yes. Human and AI channels run side by side through the same system, so you can keep human interpreters for the most sensitive languages and use AI to extend reach affordably.
Does it work for hybrid events on Zoom or Teams?
Yes. The same translated audio and captions can be fed into your online broadcast, with native integration for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Do we pay per event or per year?
Both. Use it per event for a one-off job, or bring it in-house with an annual license if multilingual events are a regular part of your work. See our Pricing page for the model.
